Malibu is where Broad Street Oyster Co. started. Our original restaurant opened on Pacific Coast Highway on July 4, 2019, and it's still the place we'd send anyone looking for the best seafood in Malibu: oysters on ice, World Famous Lobster Rolls and a raw bar a short walk from the beach.

Where to find us
We're at 23359 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, across from Malibu Lagoon and just up the road from Surfrider Beach and the Malibu Pier. It's an easy stop on a drive up the coast, after a morning surf session or before a sunset walk on the sand.
We're open every day from 11 am to 8 pm.
What to order
Start at the raw bar. Pick from the chef's selection of oysters, a chilled shrimp cocktail or seafood ceviche with avocado and tortilla chips. Celebrating? Go for caviar service with California sturgeon, potato chips and crème fraîche, or the seafood tower, piled high with treasures from the deep.
The lobster roll. Our World Famous Lobster Roll is the reason a lot of people find us. Order it warm with butter and chives, or chilled with mayo, both on toasted brioche.
Malibu favorites. The Malibu menu goes deeper than our other counters. Look for:
- Sea urchin spaghetti with uni butter and Aleppo pepper
- Cioppino with mixed seafood in tomato broth and sourdough with anchovy butter
- Linguine and clams with Calabrian chiles
- Steamed mussels in white wine broth
- The Captain's Catch, the catch of the day with romesco and seasonal vegetables
- The caviar hot dog with house aioli and pickled shallots
Soups for a cool coast day. Lobster bisque made with Maine lobster, brandy and cream, or New England clam chowder with Nueske's bacon.
Fried and crispy. Fish and chips in Budweiser batter, fried oysters with Fresno aioli, calamari and the soft shell crab sandwich when it's in.
